Q.

I'm 30 weeks pregnant, I do walking for approx 30_40 mins every evening since month 3 , now I feel very difficult to walk even for 10 mins breathing gets heavy legs start paining do we have any remedy or any alternative excercise

A. please walk slowly and Don't over stress yourself. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day
