Q.

I m 19 week pregnant and in my level 2 scanning an echogenic focus is seen.I want to ask whether it is problematic for my baby or can i just ignore it

A. If there is a single echogenic focus either in the heart only Then you need not worry. Usually if it is also associated with lesions on the brain and the stomach then it is a matter of concern
