Q.

I am 6 month pregnant .. in my level 2 ultrasound shows 01mm echogenic mass focus in left ventricle.is anything serious ???

A. Mostly in maximum cases it gets reduced as the baby grows you just need to have regular follow up about this with your doctor and have proper treatment if needful. so just relax and have regular follow-up

A. Echogenic foci within the left ventricle of the fetal heart represent papillary muscle mineralization. Until more data are available to investigate any possible association with aneuploidy, an echogenic focus in the left ventricle should still be considered a normal variant.
