I hv put on weight as I got c section can I do excrise n I wann to diet is it fyn if I do excrise nw it’s 2 month I got the c section n ma tummy z becamin big wat can I do

A. Hello mam Since it’s only two months to your c section, do not start workout as it might hurt or affect the site of surgery Give some time to your body to relax and rest.. mothers body goes through to lots of changes and loses during delivery so you need to recover Start work out after 4-5 months And also u must be breastfeeding the child so going on diet might also affect ur milk production so have a heathy and balanced diet and just reduce excess intake of ghee, sugar, oil
