my friend has recently gone through C section so can sge hv milk n ghee in her diet or not as her in laws are not giving milk n ghee

A. calorie requirement is quite high during the breastfeeding period so she should take a proper diet that should include all seasonal fruits vegetables and milk is very necessary for calcium requirement
