Q.

I heard from few pediatricians that we should not boil or steam the apple is that true

A. you can always offer a raw fruit to the child after peeling the fruit but if the child is able to tolerate it then it is good and rough route should be given but if the child is not able to tolerate then only the second option is you have to boil or steam the fruit

A. Hello dear parent! I don’t think there should be any problem in steaming the Apple without skin to make purée for your child. If you’re still concerned check with your local doctor or paediatrician. Keep Babyhug tummy roll on handy Good luck and take care.
