Q.

I have not reduce much weight after my delivery on 14th sep 2020. I have a got a hanging belly too. This is after my 2nd CSec delivery. I need to reduce atleast 12 kg of weight. Please advise how can I achieve.

A. Start exercise regularly atleast 1hr, briskwalk, yoga, swimming can be options avoid refined flour sugary products deep fried foods, have small frequent meals , include fibres and quality protein Hydrate yourself well
