I have got my periods on 12 jan 2021 after having c section delievery on 21 dec 2020 but in feb month i don't get periods plz sugeest what to do as i also take precautions

Hi mommy Do tummy time Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc
