I have gone through the C-section 6.5 months ago. What kind of workout would be suitable?

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Be physically active as much as possible. Try yoga and meditation for better physical health and mental wellness. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated while breastfeeding your baby
