Hi, I had my c-section delivery 5 months ago. From when can I start my workout? Can I use dunbell and kettle bells in my workout session?

A. after six months ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.
