I have delivered on 9th nov 2022. I am c section. My tummy is big. Now can I use belt?

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello yes you can be using abdominal belt whoch is safe not a problem and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and doing walki g along with abdominal belt whoch can help and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
