I have delivered a boy 7months ago(normal delivery) and i am still breastfeeding him and i stopped the iron and calcium supplements a month ago. I am experiencing dizziness from 5 days whenever i wake up from bed and when i go to bed and when i look up etc., Could you please explain me why i am experiencing this?

I Think it is mostly due to weakness only and as well as sometimes what happens is when we do not get proper sleep when the schedule is upside down too much of work to do you cannot relax all these things are very common after about 1 to 1 1/2 years of delivery it continues the same way till the time the body does not regain its strength.. You continue with the supplements for another six months if you need to and also start when general and basic meditation and yoga you’ll feel much more energetic
