Q.

#asktheexperts It has been 6 months since I delivered my baby boy. I am continuously breastfeeding. please suggest how long should I continue taking calcium and iron tablets?

A. no problem in taking Iron calcium tablets if there is deficiency and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. good evening it is usually to be taken for a period of around 3 months after the delivery I would recommend if you are having any deficiency you should consult with your doctor that which supplements have to be taken
