I have been taking calcium tablets even post pregnancy. My baby is almost 8 months old. I am still breastfeeding her. Should I continue taking the supplements?

A. Hi dear mom. Yes u need to take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby. It is important. Eat healthy and nutritious diet including all the food groups. Also take food rich in calcium like paneer curd cheese almonds spinach ragi beans etc.
