hi I didn't use calcium medication after delivery. now 3 months post delivery. can I use calcium tablets now

Oh yes you should have it but now at least habit for 6 to 9 months all the minimum side since you missed it on for initial three months then you have to take it for at least another 6 to 9 months for sure without fail please make sure that you do not give up on the medication
