i have a lumbo sacral belt which my husband used for slip disc, so can i also use it for my post pregnancy tummy tightning!?

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello you actually get abdominal belt that is used tpost pregnancy which you may be using and any concern then ot is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better
