Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside or junk food completely, take lots of water atleast 16 glass a day. start daily walking

Hi.your baby is just 7 months old.you still need healthy eating and rest.and we can't loose weight and belly fat utill baby turns 1 year.please weight till that time and you can start good diet plan exercise for belly fat then.dont worry I'm 57 before pregnancy and 69 after delivery. but now I'm 58 again.You can also do this don't worry.

NikithaMom of 2 children2 years agoA. hello yes you can use but it8 alone mat not help and you should di walking on a regular basis and also you should try with abdominal exercise and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor
