ExpertDr Priyanka KalraObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. well once the sutures remove d in that and there is no pain then you can wear belt ok. you must try to eat healthy, lots of fruit and stay hydrated. take enough sleep and no stress

After The very next day of your delivery you can start wearing a tummy belt because that really helps a lot and it really you know makes the tummy stay in place it does not sag over the period and when you start losing your weight over the period the tummy loses in a better manner
