I have 3month old baby boy I had normal delivery as I'm alone managing everything I'm having more lower back pain 😭

Author of questionMom of 3 children2 weeks agoA. no epidural...it was normal delivery...I'm sitting for long as my baby cries a lot at night

Apply any good ointment and do hot compress or use hot water bottle or heat pad as that’s going to help a lot also did u take an epidural as that’s also a reason for lower back pain and in that case I’ll advice u to check with your doc and start doing back associated yoga to get over the situation
