Q.
i have 13 month old twins boy and a girl. both are eating the same diet. however my son sometimes find it hard to pass stool. however he is not constipated.. kindly advice

offer Lukewarm water every hour.
give more liquids and fruits.
start iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day

Do not worry much. Just give him water in between meals.
Few sips will help in settling his bowel movements.
Also give fibre rich diet.
