Q.

My baby 13 month old .From yesterday he has constipation. Today he pass very hard stool with blood.

A. apply mamaearth ntummy roll on . hing in it eases the stool.and gives relief to kid.

A. Hi Maintain hydration Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation Give more water fibre rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products Maintain hydration Maintain hygiene Take a good care of your baby Do tummy time regularly
