Q.

I have 13 days old baby I have no one for help I had baby through c section is it OK for me to work and take care of my baby and home I'm nt following any myths or rituals please help

A. Hello mom Body needs rest after C-section at least for next 40 days. So you should definitely take any house help to help you out in this difficult timing. Or you can ask your mother to stay with you for a time so you can get some help to care of yourself and your baby.
