#asktheexpert I have c section, and after 3 months I start doing work n taking care of my baby, now I feel very low, can i use any suppliment? n which brand is best

Nihita mittalMom of 4 children4 years agoA. yes definitely you can use supplements there are lots available but you should not use without consulting with your gynecologist please use only calcium multivitamin and other supplements as prescribed
