Q.

I had vaginal delivery on 9th March this year , how long shall I continue calcium and Iron supplements?

A. It is ideal that you take calcium medications as long as you breast-feed your baby or at least take both iron and calcium for a minimum of three months after deliveryWrite Your Answer Here

A. A Minimum of six months it is recommended whether it is a C-section mother or a normal delivery mother they have to have a multivitamin iron and calcium for initial six months after delivery and still if you feel we take and you can continue it for another six months as well depending upon your comfort
