Q.

I had subchorionic hemorrhage while I was in my 4th month of pregnancy which later disappeared /healed. Now I have stepped into my 8th month. Can I do pelvic floor exercises as normal pregnant women do? I have thyroid during pregnancy too.

A. Ma’am See your doctor is only going to advise you whether you can go ahead with this exercise or not because I am not very sure as to what kind of floor exercise you want to do you can do basic yoga that I know but since of suffered an issue it’s better to take an opinion from your gynaecologist once
