I had normal delivery and its been 3 months I have delivered. When can I start performing heavy exercises?

A. As you had a vaginal delivery you can start working out as early as 6 weeks after giving birth.If you are exclusively breast-feeding your baby then don’t do any dieting and take high-protein diet but you can work out Write Your Answer Here
