Q.

I got delivered 45days back through normal vaginal delivery , while doing exercises iam getting pressure on pelvic musle . is it normal ??

A. hi mom it is important that u should do exercise under the guidance as it is quite early to do exercise .. so do not do on ur own ..

A. Hello ma’am What kind of exercise are you doing because it is not recommended to do any exercise you can only do Keagle exercises for initial 1 to 2 months that is also to tighten up the muscles apart from that I don’t know what exercise you are doing because you’re not recommended to do any other exercise for six months at least
