Q.

I had my C-Section 3 months ago. what kind of exercises can I start to reduce my weight. please advise.

A. Hello mam It’s just 3 months to your c section… wait for 6 months to complete as excessive physical work like exercise might harm the sight of surgery as it might have not healed completely Start with small walks post 20 mins of your lunch and dinner Avoid excess intake of fried food, namkeen, biscuits, cookies, sweets and sugary drinks Have more salad and vegetables If you are breastfeeding have a complete meal and no dieting

A. is it safe to atleast start with a basic walking for half n hour to 1 hour?

A. You Don’t do any exercise as of now because you have had a C-section is you’ll have to wait for at least six months to begin with a basic exercise and eight months to go for hard core exercising because you have to be absolutely fit in terms of your internal stitches then only you can go for any kind of workout
