I had c-section in last December.from when can I use abdominal belt.and how many months should I have to wear belt. please reply me.

Okay so now there is no use of using the belt I’ll tell you what is the benefit of belt when you start putting it around your waist right after your delivery the stomach which is very loose after your delivery does not become saggy with time and a lot of people feel that it is going to help in reducing down the tummy which is a misconception so now since it’s already too much it’s not going to give you any benefits so there is no point using it as of now
