ExpertDr Laxmi Chavan-SawantAyurvedic Gynaecologist 4 years agoA. belly fat is indicated post delivery to help the organs to settle down to the original positions so if in case you are wearing to reduce your tummy it would not be helpful exercising is the best way to reduce tummy
