i had c section 4 months ago , am having severe constipation problem, pls suggest some breastfeeding safe stool softener and fiber supplements.

A. better to take adequate water to drink this is very important include good fibre diet like green leafy vegetables for source of fibre and all seasonal fruits to avoid constipation ok
