i had birth to girl baby on September 1 . my doubt is i do simple exercise after c section

A. After six months you can go ahead with bricks Ku Oka right now you can only do Keagle exercises which are important secondly you can also go ahead with full fledged workout only after you complete about 8 to 10 months of your delivery and that too when your gynaecologist say that were actually physically fit to go ahead with exercising
