I had a c section n its been 5 months....my lower back aches a lot n sometimes from the middle

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. Hi mom Lower back pain is normal after delivery. Continue to take calcium supplements till u breast feed ur baby. It is important. Also do hot fomenting on the back to get relief from pain. Do not lift anything heavy. Do not even hold ur baby for long hours.
