hi my baby is 5 month old ..n I have c section ..when can I start gyming

A. Hello mom Once your baby turned six months old then you can start doing basic exercise routine but not heavy routine. Because body needs a rest properly and you should avoid lifting weight at least four More six months. Till the time you can start being basic exercise all you can also start doing yoga regularly
