Q.

I had a c section in last month jan 8th, from 4 days onwards I have a pain in vagina and anus inside when I wake-up from sleep

A. There shouldn’t be any pain and you need to consult your gynecologist at once to get evaluated. It could come due to multiple reasons and I need more history and examination to advise
