It’s a big no-no for initial six months you cannot go for any kind of excess of workout your stitches are going to break if you do that it’s very very particular with C-section payment so you cannot do exercising now let yourself complete 6 to 7 months go for a brisk walk initially and then proper workout after 10 to 12 months of delivery when your doctor gives you a thumbs up that your internal stitches have healed completely
