i got my periods after 10 months of delivery , is it normal , how does this affect my health will i loose some weight and how many days first period lasts or it will heavy or light

during breastfeeding periods can be irregular so.dont worry
if you find anything suspicious consult the doctor
with appropriate diet and exercise you shall be able to.losse weight
have good protiens, vegetables, fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well

Neelam ChinnappaMom of 2 children4 years agoA. hey mommy this is different for each one of us. some get it within 30 days of childbirth and others won't get it even upto a year. there are various hormonal reasons. however both these conditions are absolutely normal and nothing to be worried about. continue to enjoy motherhood.
