NikithaMom of a 10 yr 11 m old boy4 years agoA. hello in some moms yes periods can effect the breastmilk but just make sure to have a healthy and nutritious food in the diet so that it does not effect the breastmilk and if bm is not sufficient then you can be giving your child infant formula milk which is better
