Q.

I got my periods after 3months of delivery. I am exclusively breastfeeding. Is it okay? Does it affect milk supply?

A. No it wont. It's normal after delivery. It differs for every mum. Sometimes it would bleed less sometimes more. Missing periods for a while.. Sometimes it may even take one year to resume. It all depends on our body condition too. Have iron and calcium supplements regularly.
