#AskTheExpert hello mam. I got my delivery on 17-9-21. I want to ask that when will I get regular periods ? if I won't get for few months , will it affect my health or any weight gain due to this ? pls guide

A. dear mum do not worry it is normal to not get periods post delivery when you are breastfeeding this is due to hormonal changes you may get periods anywhere from after 2 months to even after 1 year
