Is it mentioned anywhere in the bottle that you have to keep it in the refrigerator because this is an antibiotic I’ve given it to my child also I never kept it in refrigerator I’ve always kept it on room and give the medicine for as long as your doctor has advised I don’t think so it’s a problem in giving but yes if you have a doubt please crosscheck with your doctor first
