Q.

I delivered 4 months back but my belly is not reducing there is no use of wearing belt can u suggest another way to reduce weight

A. Dear mum, reduction of belly will need overall weight and fat loss. Exercise for 45 to 60 minutes every day and have an active lifestyle. Begin with mild exercises like brisk walk, yoga. Then you can do exercises like abdominal crunches, pelvic tilts which help in toning the stomach muscles. Also eat mindfully and avoid junk foods.

A. But there is no time for exercise due to household works and to care baby can u suggest another way plzz
