If You cannot eat both the most important things that we normally survive on these days then you can go for Khichdi porridge you can just have a plain vegetables make them little tasty for yourself and that’s what you can go for and also would advise you to take an advice from a nutritionist because they have better ideas to suggest you to correct food that you can go for since you cannot eat roti and great
