I can do exercise now my baby is 6 month old and it's c section

A. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine, do continue breast feeding ur baby.

A. You can go ahead with basic brisk walk and all but full fledged exercise you do after consulting the doctor because C-section stitches take a lot of time to heal so you have to be very sure about that they have healed completely as post that only you should go ahead with any kind of an exerciseWrite Your Answer Here
