Q.

I came to husband native from my native, here my baby not having food like earlier within 20 days he hd stomach upset also he is loosing his weight wt shd I do I hv to return back to my native?

A. Hi dear mom For loose motions u can give econorm sachet to ur baby.. Also give ajwain water to increase appetite of ur baby as natural appetiser. Add some of the weight gaining food to ur baby diet like egg ghee chicken paneer curd cheese potato rice avocado ragi etc for weight gain
