Give your child dosa+ chutney for breakfast, fruit as mid meal, rice + sambhar for lunch, makhana + nuts ladoo in the evening and paratha + curd for dinner and turmeric milk for bedtime. This is a sample meal plan. Please include ragi, paneer, sweet potato, spinach, almond, different dals and sprouts in the meals.

lunch as rice dal sabji raita and salad

NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. hello there is no restriction with what food you can be giving your child to and infact it 8s good to give your child everything that you prepare for the family and make it more healthy and nutritious while you give for the baby which would be better and also safe
