hai mummies. i was leaving in Bangalore. last weekend I came to my native. here it is too hot. my son feeling uncomfortable. last 2days back small small pimples starts from both hands and I observed it's spreading. what to do for that? any suggestion?

A. Its Basically due to surroundings change due to temperature in weather change the child can suffer quite a lot so you should always focus on keeping the body hydrated by giving as much fluid as you can
