shilpi BhandariMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello dear if you are controlling your diet as soon as you are also trying to do some physical activity and still you are not able toduce the weight then you need to go for some help check up because sometimes because of the thyroid or hormonal changes or PCOD also there is no reduction in the weight
