mam,it is one of the common problem after pregnancy.
so please start doing exercises,yoga , pranayam or Suryanamashkar daily.
walk about 15 minutes a day.
avoid using vehicles for short distance.
take food items which are low in fat and high in fiber like green leafy vegetables, fruits more
avoid taking processed oily spicy food.
you can drink Luke warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning.
