I am pregnant of 29 weeks tell me some snacks idea and healthy foods recipes also.

A. hi during snacks time make pudlas of besan or oats, add vegetables, paneer can also try fruit and yougurt soya pattice kurmura, channa, peanut mix bhel tofu or paneer saute

A. hi dear mom...can have fruits....only fruits that need to be avoided are pineapple....papaya n jack fruit....roasted makhana ....puffed rice.. can drink coconut water..butter milk....dry fruits in moderation can be eaten....
